The removal of this accumulated soiling requires specialist deep cleaning. A kitchen that is operational more than the normal eight hours a day is considered good practice to have an six monthly deep clean unless the style of cooking requires a more frequent service due to excessive soiling. This operation can not usually be performed by your daily cleaners,  and generally requires the service of a professional deep cleaning service provider.
